56years old woman died at meeseva while standing in the queue

Hyderabad: On November 18, a 56-year-old woman died while standing in a queue to apply for flood relief in Golconda. The woman was at the MeeSeva Center to register her name and receive financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 is being distributed to the affected families by the Telangana government.

the woman is identified as Munnawar Unnisa,she had been standing in the queue for some time when she suddenly collapsed. The officers present there took her to Olive Hospital in Nanal Nagar, where doctors declared her dead.

the woman was suffering from some diseases and under medication. She may have fallen due to her illness. Although,the exact cause of his death will be known only after the post-mortem. For now, a case of suspicious death has been filed at the Golconda police station.

Atleast for 4 days, the flood-affected families have to wait in long queues to give application.Meanwhile, the GHMC flood relief service portal has been temporarily disabled.

Earlier, relief money was being distributed directly to the affected people. But recently the government changed the process. Now, those who wish to avail, have to register through MeeSeva centers. After investigation, the amount will be deposited in their bank accounts. Ever since new changes have been announced, a huge rush in MeeSeva centers across the city. In some places, these queues also caused traffic jam.
