Hyderabad: The latest coronavirus in Telangana recorded 721 cases, bringing the total number of infections to more than 2.75 lakh while the death toll from the three deaths rose to 1,480.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) had the highest number of 123 incidents, followed by Medchal Malkajgiri 58 and Ranga Reddy 51, an official bulletin which provided details till 8 pm on Wednesday, December 8.
The bulletin states that the tested samples per million population were more than 1.59 lakh.
A further 7,661 patients were treated on Tuesday and 5,402 samples were tested on Tuesday.In total, more than 59.19 lakh samples have been tested.
The case mortality rate in the state was 0.53% while at the national level it was 1.5%
