Hyderabad : Police Arrested Fake Doctor in Hyderabad Meerpet police arrested one fake doctor by name Polkampally from Sai towers Meerpet he is a native of Rajendra Nagar, Mahabub Nagar, in Cr. No. 871/2020, U/s 420, 465, 468, 471, 473 IPC and Sec 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act-1956 of PS Meerpet.
According to Police on credible information they conduct a raid over Sai Clinic, Meerpet X Roads on Tuesday and found that the accused Polkampally Sai Kumar is running said clinic on the name of Sai Clinic without having any authentic certificates of doctor and any legal permissions from concerned medical department and he is using degree MBBS (Osm), MD (Gen & Med), Reg. No. 70622 on the printed prescription under his name as he is a qualified such degree holder but he doesnt possess any such degree and certificate from the competent authority and he along with another person by name SK. Ahmed are giving treatment to patients by introducing themselves as doctors and collecting consultancy fee Rs. 150/- per head.
On further enquiry, it is came to know that the accused Saikumar studied up to Intermediate, Course: Bi.P.C in Sri Chaitanya Jr. College at Saroornagar in the year 2004. Thereafter he had taken Eamcet long term coaching in Kakatiya Academy, Narayanaguda. Later he worked in Srinivasa Hospital, Santhoshnagar as an Operation Theatre Assistant from the year 2006 to 2012. On getting insufficient amount from his job and also he had took an advantage as he worked in medical field by assisting the doctors he has decided to earn money in easy way and in the year 2013 he opened and running a clinic on the name of Sai Clinic at Meerpet X Roads and giving treatment to patients and he is using degree MBBS (Osm), MD (Gen & Med), Reg. No. 70622 on the printed prescription under his name as he is a qualified such degree holder but he doesnt possess any such degree and certificate from the competent authority. At the same time he used to work Jeevan Hospital, Karmanghat, Orange Hospital, LB Nagar as a Medical Administrator. After opening his clinic he appointed one Doctor by name Subba Rao (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery).
In the month of September-2019 the said Subba Rao has expired. After his death the above said SK. Ahmed, (Ayurvedic Doctor), who is well acquainted with the Subba Rao, used to attend the clinic and giving treatment to patients by introducing himself as a Ayurvedic Doctor. Further the accused Saikumar is using doctor V. Subba Raos, MBS (Osm) name on the same printed prescription though he expired in the month of September-2019. During the course of investigation taken them in to custody and seized 1) One stethoscope, 2) one BP Checking machine, 3) Nine medial prescription Books, 4) One rubber stamp, 5) Some Medicines, 6) one name board on the name of Sai Clinic, from the possession of the accused persons. Thereafter, the accused Saikumar taken into custody and arrested the accused on 08.12.2020 at 2300 hours and being produced before the Honble court for judicial remand. Further, the Sk.Ahmed submitted his Ayurveda certificates, for which Issued 41(A) Cr.P.C Notice to him and his certificates yet to be verified and some more witnesses to be examined in this case. Presently he is working in Radhika Hospital, Balapur X Road as a Diabetes specialist and also working at Jeevan Hospital Karmanghat as a Medical Administrator and General Physician and also working at Orange Hospital, LB Nagar as a Medical Administrator and councillor, but the accused neither produced his MBBS certificates in the above hospitals and also Hospital Management did not collected his certificates so far. After detailed verification legal action will be initiated against the above hospital management. Further addressed a letter to Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar Balapur Mandal with a request to seize the Sai Clinic, Meerpet X Roads under section 133 Cr.P.C to avoid any untoward incidents.
The arrest of the accused was made under the directions of Sri Mahesh Bhagavath, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Commissionerate and Sri Sunpreet Sing IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, of LB Nagar Zone,. On Supervising of K. Purushotham Reddy, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Division, the Inspector of Police, Sri M. Mahender Reddy INSP, Sri K. Satyanarayana, DI and his team,. The above team will get the suitable rewards.
