Hyderabad: two women were run over by an unknown vehicle near Thomalapalli village in Pebbair mandal in wanaparthy district in the early hours of Tuesday.
Two women, Maismamma-30 and Lata -25 make a living by selling seasonal fruits along the highway. It is believed that when they were crossing the road or standing on the side of the road. The vehicle ran over the women.
The bodies of these two women were dumped on the roadside fields and seen only after the fog cleared. The victim, both sisters, belonged to Atmakur Mandal.
Due to the drop in temperature at many places in the state, dense fog has led, making it difficult for even experienced drivers to drive. The fog is clearing around 9 am.
