Hyderabad: In fear of the newlyweds COVID-19 tension, Cyberabad Police has banned parties on 31 December this year on New Year’s Eve.
Commissioner of Police Cyberabad, VC Sajjankar said that the police has not given permission for events and New Year parties.
Addressing a press conference, Sajjanar said, “We have prohibited all communities, hotels, resorts, farm houses, play grounds, stadiums or anywhere to attend meetings on 31 December.
Under covid Protocol norms only regular activity will be allowed in restaurants, hotels, pubs. If anyone is found to be organizing any event on 31 December, cases will be registered and legal action will be initiated.
The commissioner also said that the Cyberabad police will conduct special Drunk and Driving Check and Book cases during the night of 31 December.
