Hyderabad: As of 8 pm on Friday, 298 fresh corona virus positive cases and two deaths were recorded in Telangana.total cases 2,89,433 and 1,563 deaths. Meanwhile, with the recovery of 474 people in the last 24 hours, the number of recovery cases reached 2,83,048.
Currently, there are 4,822 active cases, of which 2,614 are in the home or institution alone.
Between Thursday and Friday, approximately 31,187 tests were conducted, including 13,722 on primary contacts and 3,742 on secondary contacts. However, results of 290 cases came out positive and 558 reports are pending.
Positive cases reported across the state include 61 from GHMC, 28 from Rangareddy, 25 from Medak, 16 from Karimnagar, 10 from Sangareddy, 9 from Warangal Urban and Nizamabad.
