Hyderabad: A 30-year-old watchman was found dead after falling from a multi-storey building at DD Colony in Amberpet here on Sunday night.
It is not yet known whether the man committed suicide or accidentally slipped from the building.
The deceased was identified as Balaji Mahabubnagar district resident and was working as a watchman in the apartment. He stayed in a room in the basement with his family
According to police, the residents of the apartment heard loud noises on Sunday night and rushed to check it out. Later, he found the watchman soaked with blood. The Amberpet police reached the spot and sent the body to the hospital morgue. An investigation is underway.
In a similar incident, a watchman died after accidentally slipping from an under-construction building at Hydernagar in KPHB Colony on Saturday night. The watchman was identified as V Trimurthulu (41), a native of Vemulawada village in East godavari district.
