Hyderabad: On wednesday LB nagar Police arrested a fake advocate, allegedly created a fake court order and shared it to his client.
LB Nagar police said that one person was approached by G.sham sunder, who claimed to be a advocate. The victim hired a advocate to appear for him in a civil dispute regarding his property in Chengicherla. A few days later, the self-claimed advocate shared a copy of the court order in the evening, which upon verification with court officials found that the order was fake.
When the client investigated with the accused, he continued to claim that it was an original court order.
LB Nagar Police registered a case of cheating and forgery against the accused. Meanwhile, the police collected a clear report that the accused.
Meanwhile, the police collected the report from the Telangana State Bar Council, which clarified that the accused is not a advocate. Similarly, the local court officials concerned also clarified to the police that the court order shared by the accused is fake.
