Hyderabad: In Telangana, 202 fresh corona virus positive cases were reported till 8 pm on Thursday and two deaths were confirmed. Meanwhile, rehabilitation cases rose to 2,85,102 with 253 people being evacuated in a single day.
Currently, there are 4,442 active cases, of which 2,541 are home or institutional segregation.
Between Wednesday and Thursday, approximately 19,898 trials were conducted, including 8,755 on primary contacts and 2,387 on secondary contacts. However, 202 results came out positive and 248 reports are awaited. So far, 73,99,436 trials have been conducted.
Positive cases reported across the state included 48 from GHMC, 15 in Rangareddy, 13 in Warangal Urban, 12 in Karimnagar, 10 from Medchal Malkajgiri, 7 in Vikarabad, Nizamabad, Sangareddy and Bhadradri Kothagudem, 6 in Mahbubnagar, 5 in Peddapally.
