Medical student commits suicide in Bowenpally

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a medical student committed suicide in his rented flat in Bowenpally here on Wednesday night. He completed his MBBS at Gandhi Medical College.

According to CI Ravi Kumar, the victims of Adilabad district, Sharan 28 years old and his brother Shashank 30 years old were living in Hyderabad for the last four years. When Sharan was preparing for MS after completing MBBS, his brother Shashank took a job and moved to Chennai.

“Sharan came to his friend’s house Nellore 15 days ago and returned to his room on February 15. He went to his uncle’s house the same day and said that he was going to join a party with his friends at night. Returned. Home around 11 pm and did not answer calls from his parents and friends.

Sharan’s mother informs the former uncle to look into their room where Sharan is found hanging from the ceiling.

On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and recovered a suicide, stating that he was depressed due to not getting a job and resorted to extreme steps. A case has been registered by the police.
