Hyderabad: Dental student dies in road accident in KPHB

Hyderabad: A dental student died from a lorry in Hydernagar under the limits of KPHB police station in the wee hours of Sunday.

The victim was identified as M Adhi Reshma 22 years old. The incident occurred on Metro Pillar number 660 in Hydernagar when a lorry entered its scooter. As Reshma was running without a helmet, she suffered head injuries and died on the spot.


According to the police, Reshma was studying in Karnataka and was in Hyderabad to meet her friends.

Police said that she did not wear a helmet at the time of the incident and did not have a driving license.

On Saturday night, Reshma, Sreeja along with other friends went to a mall in Madinaguda to watch the film.
While returning to KPHB, Reshma was riding on one of her friend’s scooters when she met with an accident.

Police have registered a case against the lorry driver who escaped and against his friend Ajay Kumar to hand over a vehicle to Reshma, who did not have a driving license.
