Hyderabad: number of confirmed cases in the state rose to 3,00,011 in the last 24 hours, with Telangana recording 111 new coronovirus positive cases.
In the last 24 hours, the number of people who died from a virus rose to 1,642 with one died.
Meanwhile, the recovery count was increased to 2,96,562 with 189 persons recovered in a single day.
Between Saturday and Sunday, approximately 19,929 trials were conducted, including 8,768 on primary contacts and 2,391 on secondary contacts.
However, 111 results came out positive and 349 samples are pending report. So far 89,84,552 trials have been conducted in the state since the epidemic.
Positive cases recorded in the state include GHMC 27 cases,Rangareddy 10 cases, 9 from Medchal Malkajgiri, 8 each from Adilabad, Jagtial, Jango, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, Mancherial,Warangal Urban, 3 each from Vikarabad and Nalgonda.
