Hyderabad: A car caught fire near the Telugu Talli flyover on Monday afternoon. No casualties were reported in the incident.
According to fire officials, smoke started coming out of the car on its way from Tank Bund towards Saifabad.
The driver and a person in the car immediately descended. Traffic police officers present on the road alerted the firemen who reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
Authorities suspect that the short circuit may have led to the incident. Traffic flow on the busy road was affected for a few minutes.
