Hyderabad: On Tuesday morning, three people were died when a truck hit the car on Outer Ring Road in Pedda Amberpet in Abdullapurmet in the city.
According to police, a DCM vehicle from Amravati was heading towards Medak district and on reaching ORR, the driver allegedly shifted lanes abruptly,with the driver of the car that was just behind, losing control and crashing into the truck.
Three passengers of the car died on the spot while two others were injured.
Other motorists passing by alerted the Abdullapurmet police, who retrived the bodies from the car and hospitalized the injured.
The police have registered a case of death and injury due to negligence and have started investigation.
