Hyderabad: KTR inaugrate Hitech City RUB

Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA & UD) Minister KT Rama Rao inaugurated the road under the Bridge (RUB) at the Hitech City MMTS station on Monday. The bridge was constructed at a cost of Rs 66.59 crore.

The RUB comes with 410 meters in length, 20.60 meters in width and a bi-directional carriageway including the approach.

This service road is 9 m in Hitech City side and 11 m towards Kukatpally. This facility greatly helps motorists in the city’s IT corridor.

The project has been taken up under the first phase of SRDP.
Earlier in the morning, the minister launched the access road from Ambedkar Nagar to the dumping yard.

The minister said that the government will build the drainage system at a cost of Rs 3,500 crore.

“The dumping yard issue has become a major concern for the people of Kaithalpur and measures will be taken to move the yard,” he said.
