Hyderabad: Due to COVID-19, two policemen working in different police stations in Hyderabad City Police limits died.
Radhakrishna, an assistant sub-inspector working at Bowenpally police station, died on Monday while undergoing treatment in a private hospital.
ASI was admitted to the hospital on 8 April after testing positive for COVID-19. Authorities said he was also fighting other health issues.
In the second incident, a head constable attached to Dabeerpura police station died due to COVID-19 in a private hospital.
T.Jitender was admitted to hospital after testing positive earlier this month and died during treatment in the early hours of Monday.
