Due to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, Regional Passport Office has decided to suspend its operations in 14 Post Office Passports Seva Kendras (POPSKs) in Telangana from April 29 till May 14.The Regional Passport Office had already reduced online passport slots to 50 per cent in the passport seva kendras in the state.
Dasari Balaiah, the regional passport officer, said services in all the 14 POPSKs located in Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda, Mahaboobnagar, Medak, Adilabad, Bhongir, Siddipet , Manchiriyal, Mahabubabad, Kamareddy, Vikarabad, Vanaparthy and Medchal will remain suspended till May 14.
