6 animals and birds at Nehru Zoological Park Hyderabad adopted for a period of 1 year by animal lovers. They include ostrich and tortoise. A city-based management college adopted a tiger. The animal lover, who was visiting the place along with his family, paid Rs 7,500 in favour of zoological park’s curator.
A. Nagamani, Deputy Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad thanked them for showing keen interest in adopting the Animals for the period of one year, thereby strengthening the Wildlife Conservation Programme in the Zoo Park.
They have made commitment to the conservation of wild animals is an inspiration to many and hoped that more citizens will come forward for the adoption of animals in Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad.
