Hyderabad: government bulletin said that Telangana on Sunday reported carrying 1,801 COVID-19 cases to over 5.75 lakhs, while the toll was 3,263.
The Bulletin states that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has the highest number of 390 cases, followed by Rangareddy (114) and Medchal Malkajgiri (101).
There are 35,042 active cases in the state and more than 61 thousand samples were tested.
The total number of cumulative cases in the state was 5,75,82 7, while with a total recovery of 3660, the total recovery was 5,37,522. In total, more than 1.50 crore samples have been tested.
The Bulletin states that the samples tested per million population were more than 4.05 lakhs. The case fatality rate in the state was 0.56 percent, while at the national level it was 1.2 percent.
The recovery rate in Telangana was 93.34 percent, while it was 91.4 percent in the country.
