Hyderabad:Missing woman found murdered in jawaharnagar.

Hyderabad: A 35-year-old woman, who had left her home for work and later went missing, was found murdered in a secluded spot in Jawaharnagar on Wednesday.

The woman, P.Sujatha was the wife of Mahadev, both construction workers from Mahabubnagar district, and lived with their two children in Bajrang Colony in Balajinagar. According to the police, Sujatha had left the house saying she was going to work on Saturday. As she did not return home, anxious family members searched for her and lodged a police complaint. As a search was on, her body was found in a decomposed state by local residents in Jawaharnagar.

Preliminary investigation indicated she was strangled to death at the spot. Police suspect she was made to drink liquor and later murdered. Officials are examining footage from surveillance cameras in the surroundings and have come across visuals of an unidentified person taking the victim on his motorcycle on the day she went missing. Efforts are on to identify the stranger.
The body was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
