Hyderabad : On Saturday BJP Legislator T Raja Singh’s sculpture burnt from Ghoshamahal by the residents of Gunfoundry as he was disrupting the State Government’s financial help towards the flood affected areas.
A group of people gathering in the locality by raising slogans against this disruption of RajaSingh and BJP after the Legislator demanded that the authorities give money to all the families staying in Government complexes in Netaji Nagar.
The officals said according to the survey’s and identification of families which the floods have affected drastically are been provided this financial support. And the State Government is providing the financial support for the flood affected people only and the one’s who stay in top floors are not eligible for coming forward for this as of now .
The Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas was distributing the financial support whereas RajaSingh interrupted and was objecting for this which led to confrontation between them and the programme disrupted.
Due to this chaos , people were inflamed and burnt the sculpture of RajaSingh for disrupting the assistance.
