Mumbai : The Maharashtra State Minorities and Skill Development Minister- Nawab Malik is arrested for alleged property deals with family members of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
Dawood’s youngest brother Iqbal Kaskar was earlier arrested in the case.
Malik will be produced for remand before Special Judge Rahul Rokade in the Mumbai Sessions Court. The Centre’s senior most law officer in the State – ASG Anil Singh – will represent the ED. He is already present in court along with his team.
