Hyderabad : Following Raid on Raddison Blue Hyderabad Commissioner of Police C.V. Anand on Sunday suspended Banjara Hills inspector P. Shiva Chandra and issued a charge memo to ACP Banjara Hills M. Sudarshan for negligence in duties in controlling narcotics in pubs and bars, reports .
Hyderabad police on Saturday night busted a rave party at RadissonBlu Banjara Hills and detained nearly 150 persons, including Niece of Chiranjeevi and Actor Niharika and singer and Bigboss telugu winner Rahul sipligunj.
North, Central, and West Zone Police have together raided the pub at 2.30 AM and arrested 135 people who are present there.
The Police reportedly confiscated cigarettes with LSD, Ganja, Cocaine, and some other drugs. Some have tried to throw the drug packets out of the pub windows on seeing the police.
Those packets were also seized by the police. The department is trying to extract more information from those arrested.
A case has been already registered on the pub owners.
The charges are having the pub open after regular allowed hours and conducting a Rave Party. Among the arrested are 95 men and 39 women and also the owners
