Hyderabad : Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City issued preventive detention order under Act No.1 of 1986 against Mohammed Riyaz Uddin ,aged about 25 years, Occ: Auto driver, r/o H.No.17-3-516, Bada Bazar, Yakuthpura Hyderabad, rowdy sheeter of Moghalpura Police Station.
Mohammed Riyaz Uddin was earlier involved in (16) offences in the limits of different Police Stations of Hyderabad and Cyberabad Police Commissionerates and was detained vide order SB (I) No.386/PD/S-1/2015, dt.3.7.2015. After his release from preventive detention, he did not change his attitude of committing crime and committed robberies in the recent past in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate and he has been creating large scale fear and panic among the general public, thereby adversely affecting the public order, apart from disturbing the peace, tranquillity and social harmony in the society.
Moghalpura Police arrested the detenu Mohammed Riyaz Uddin and remanded him to judicial custody. The Preventive Detention Order was executed on him on 17.10.2020 and was lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.
