Hyderabad: 21-year-old Andhra man caught cheating air passengers for free flight . MV Dinesh Kumar has always wanted to fly in planes and travel across the country. He promised to return the money to the passengers but never did so.

His wish was fulfilled through deception. Dinesh bought cheaper tickets and deliberately missed them, and sought financial help from fellow passengers to buy tickets. He promised them to return the money but didnot return it.
On Thursday, Shamshabad police arrested Dinesh, a resident of Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. The arrest was made by Dr Shaju, a Coimbatore passenger, based on complaints lodged with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Coimbatore police. Dinesh had cheated the doctor for Rs 10,000 and also taken money from other passengers.
The alleged counterfeiter used to buy cheap flight tickets online. Police said in a statement to the press that after losing the flight, they invested by search for funds from fellow passengers for the next available flight.
Dinesh reportedly lied and persuaded other passengers to return the money when he returned home. He goes on to convince passengers that he was a college student who desperately needed help. At the time of his arrest, he had a fake student ID card and a fake National Cadet Corps (NCC) card.
Dinesh bought a cheap ticket for Rs 2,000, he would missed the flight and assure passengers to buy him expensive tickets. Mostly he persued more than one or two passengers and gathered more money than needed. like this he gain rs.2000,extra ticket and also extra cash.Police said that during epidemic days,dinesh has travel many times as his media feed is filled with selfies from inside the flights.
Shamshabad Deputy Commissioner of Police N Prakash Reddy told TNM, “They first started doing this from Vijayawada to Hyderabad way. They have already done it seven times and Cases against him are pending. ” Passengers on the flight took mercy on the 21-year-old when he assure him to be a student, and they agreed to give him cash. He said the money was used to travel to cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, using public transport. He repeats the same thing when he comes home. Her parents claim they did not know anything.
Alike case of cheating with modus operandi was lodged in hyderabad last year. on August 16 banglore police arrested him for the same crime. The CISF was informed about Dinesh, and they were looking for alleged counterfeiters at the airports following a complaint by Dr Shujo.
On Thursday, Dinesh was travelling from Mumbai to Hyderabad and was on his way to Bangalore. However, CISF arrested him at hyderabad airport, then handover to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Police. Under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for criminal breach of trust and fraud, respectively and shifted to Cherlapally Jail on judicial remand.
