Hyderabad: Rachakonda police arrested a cyber thug on 24 December for harassing a married woman by uploading her phone number on a dating site.
Gaddam Ruby Kiran -38 is a resident of Bandlaguda in Nagole. The married woman is his neighbor. The two had some differences over some petty issues and Kiran created a fake email ID to take revenge against her and uploaded the woman’s phone number and personal details on a dating website Loxano with lewd comments. He introduced the victim as a sex worker. After this, the woman started receiving many messages on WhatsApp.
During the investigation, the police collected technical evidence which led to the arrest of the accused on Thursday. He was produced in court for judicial custody.
