Hyderabad : Ex Bajrang Dal leader has been arrested by Karnataka Police for allegedly being involved in the smuggling and illegal sale of cattle. The arrested Bajrang Dal Leader has been identified as Anil Prabhu who was the former Karkala district president of Bajrang Dal.
He was Nabbed after a person named Muhammad Yasin was arrested by the police for allegedly involved in cattle smuggling. During interrogation, Yasin confessed that Prabhu was also involved in Stealing Cattle to Supply Slaughter Houses.
Prabhu and Yasin allegedly used to steal stray cattle and supply them to slaughterhouses. Prabhu used to receive protection money from the slaughterhouses. Bajrang Dal has Clarified that Prabhu was no longer associated with the organisation.
