Urs is the death anniversary of a Sufi saint,
A specially prepared chadar shown to the Chief Minister by the elders of the Muslim community.
Religious leaders offered special prayers on the occasion and prayed for the prosperity of Telangana.
Telangana Home Minister Mahmood Ali, Wakf Board Chairman Mohammad Saleem, MLC Md. Fareeduddin, Farooq Hussain, MLA Md. Shakeel, TRS Minority Cell Chairman Khaja Mujeebuddin, Mufti Syed yousuf, Corporator Baba Fasiuddin were present.
