Hyderabad: Due to covid-19,the Hajj Committee of India has been send out an action plan for Hajj 2121 with precautions.Instructions will be issued as soon as possible.
The online application procedure for Hajj 2021 will start on November 7 and will continue till December 10. The deadline to submit a medical certificate is January 1, 2021.
As per the procedure, the last date for depositing the first installment of fees will be March 1, 2021 and April 30, 2021 is last date for this.
Hajj pilgrims will also be vaccinated at the vaccination camp on May 15-16, 2021. The first batch of pilgrims will leave for Saudi Arabia on June 26, 2021 and the last flight will leave on July 13, 2021. The returning will be begin on August 14, 2021.
Rs.2,100 crore was returned to 1.23 lakh pilgrims.Those who could not attend hajj previous year due to coronavirus.
Saudi Arabia has also returned about Rs 100 crore to pilgrims for Hajj 2018-19. An average of two lakh Indians go for Hajj every year.
