Hyderabad : On the Eve of International Womens Day 2022, for the first time in the History if Hyderabad City Police, a woman police officer will be heading a law and order police station in Hyderabad. Inspector Madhulatha becomes first woman to take charge as SHO(station house officer- Lallaguda) today.
Home Minister Mohd.Mahmood Ali along with City Police Commissioner C.V.Anand handed over charge to Ms.Madhu Latha, as SHO, Lalaguda PS.
The Home Minister, Police Commissioner and other dignitaries also attended the Women’s Day Celebrations at St. Mary’s College auditorium, Secunderabad. All women officers of Hyderabad city Police attended the event.
