Hyderabad Floods : Ground Report Of Al Jubail Colony Falaknuma.

People have lost many of their belongings and the water has reached to 4feet where alot of hard work of their lives has gone in vain. Heavy water-logging is seen and Rescue operations by the DRF teams have visited the neighbouring areas of the lane. There’s no food and water provided for few areas. People of nearby colonies are providing them food in camps and in affected areas.

Many families are been shifted to other areas. Al Jubail Colony, is still under a sheet of water up to 4 feet. According to the nearby residents, there are more people who are trapped in water and asking for help. A person who runs a hotel has got his material damaged which was stored in the cellar. Workshop items are totally being destroyed.

None of the TRS leaders have visited these areas to check out on how public is suffering due to the loss. Not everyone is provided with the food. Very less are provided and those moments are captured for name’s sake. People whose houses are in the ground floor have been worst affected. Groceries, electronic items and vehicles including cars are damaged.

People helped each other in need and there was no rescue team visiting their area. Till yesterday the water was 4 feet and now it’s a little better because the water has reduced. “Who is responsible for the loss we faced, the government have rescued us and shifted but what about our loss,” questions one of the residents of Al Jubail Colony.
