Hyderabad: On Friday morning, a bike-riding fisherman died after being hit by a tractor in Chilkur village in Moinabad division of Ranga Reddy district.
According to the police, Chilkur resident,P.Ganesh 30 years old was heading towards osman Sagar to catch fishes in the morning, when he reached the Chilkur intersection, then a tractor coming from the front was hit his bike
He lost control of the vehicle and fell on the road. Police said that after seeing the accident, the passers-by rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
The tractor driver escaped from the spot.
On receiving of the information, the Moinabad Police has registered a case of negligence and investigation is being done. Police attempted to identify and apprehend the absconding tractor driver.
