Hyderabad: On wednesday night,the dead body of a businessman was found hanging in an under construction house in Kanchanbagh.
According to the police, Mohammad Nabiuddin age 32, a resident of Khilwat in Hussainalam, left his home on Monday afternoon saying to wife that he was going to meet a sikandar who owed him Rs 40 lakh.
However, he did not return home. When his wife called him, he replied that he would return soon. He said the same thing on Tuesday but did not return. On Wednesday, his phone was switched off, following which a search was launched and his body was found hanging from a ladder in the under-construction building in Hafiz Babnagar, police said.
His wife has alleged that her husband was murdered by sikandar and some others, who later hanged the body. Based on complaint, the Kanchanbagh police has registered a case of unnatural death and is investigating.
J. Venkat Reddy, SHO (Kanchanbagh) said, “Based on the postmortem report, we will reshuffle the sections as and when required.”
